Movrin4BAN BIO \| PETER MOVRIN (Slovenia) Peter Movrin is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He studied at University Of Ljubljana and graduated in 2011. Peter creates dark knight inspired menswear – long laser cut leather coats, paired with silk underskirts, grey tone raw leather pieces and accessorised with knitted head pieces and balaclavas in a modern attack on medieval attire.  His graduate collection won Peter the prize for special achievements from his school and Arte Creative, he also won the Mercator prize for Innovative Approach. Peter participated in the Lake's Fashion Days event in Austria, as one of the members of Young@Squat and was part of the Projekt27.  Last year Peter designed prints and a collection of vests for the Almira Sadar collection and he participated in the international project 'OpenWear'. Peter was one of the talents selected by Li Edelkoort and exhibited his designs at 'Talent 2009' at the Designhuis Museum in Eindhoven. In 2009 Peter won the Rexona Crystal competition and was also a finalist of the 4CF competition in the UK. Peter works with Almira Sadar on a consultancy design basis. Aside from his design work Peter works as a stylist, he styled the video 'Krinolinije' and was named the most promising young stylist with strong vision by Elle magazine.
