The Lemmings Size: 18 x 28 cm BIO \| SIMONA SOARE (Romania) Simona Soare was born in Galati, Romania 1979. She graduated at the UNA (National University of Fine Arts) in 2003 in Bucharest, Romania, beeing the student of the Prof. Dr. Marilena Preada Sanc. She won a Schoolarship for Painting Departement in the Erasmus Program, at the Fine Arts School, Berlin Weissensee (KHB) Berlin/Germany. She Completed Master (MF.A) at the Berlin University of the Arts Berlin/Germany in 2007 (UdK Berlin). At the end of the year 2007, she had for two monthes an artist residency in Alajärvi, Nelimarkka Museum, Finland. April 2010 she was supported by Goethe Institut Oslo to realize the Art Project ’’Tracks in Bergen’’ with Annett Fay.
